Traceability is a group of measures, actions and procedures that allows us to register and identify each product from its origin to its final destination. It is the capacity to reconstruct the history, route or application of a specific product, identifying:

-The origin of its components.
-A record of the processes applied to the product.
-Distribution and localization after its delivery.

Once we have this information it is possible to deliver clearly-defined products to specific markets, with the guarantee of knowing their origin and history.
